Partner Terms
Short, simple rules for working together. Version 1 — September 2026.
1. Welcome
You join as an independent marketing partner — not an employee, agent or broker of PolicyLive.
2. Your work
Share approved campaign links with your audience. Never give policy advice, never collect any premium — every quotation, payment and purchase happens only on the respective provider's platform.
3. Your details
Keep your name, mobile, email and location correct. To correct your registered email or mobile, contact our support team.
4. Rewards
You may receive marketing rewards for promotion work, as per the active campaign terms and PolicyLive's partner terms — paid after validation, with applicable TDS deducted. No fixed income is promised.
5. Fair play
No spam, no mis-selling, no misuse of brand names. A violation can pause your account and pending rewards after review.
6. Account status
The admin team may activate or deactivate any account, with a reason every time.
7. Staying in touch
We may contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your account and campaigns. You can opt out of promotional messages anytime by contacting support.
8. An honest note
PolicyLive does not hold an IRDAI licence and does not act as an insurance agent, broker or intermediary. Please never present yourself as one.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
